• IMPORTANT: Beginning Monday, October 12, drop boxes will be open seven days a week at these locations.
• Three drop boxes, located at Chester County Voter Services, Chester County Library, and Henrietta Hankin Library, will be open 24 hours a day.
• All locations will be open 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on November 3, Election  Day.
• You are prohibited from returning anyone else’s ballot, even if that person is your spouse, parent, child, other relative, neighbor or friend.

ON-DEMAND MAIL BALLOT VOTING

• Another way to vote early, safely, and securely in one visit is called “On-Demand Mail Ballot Voting.”
• You can go to a designated location, request your mail-in ballot, complete it there, and vote on the spot.
